I just want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Colin from Arts Electric. At about 5 pm on Sunday night I realized my furnace was not heating properly. Called the emergency number and talked to Colin. He was just sitting down to supper with his family. Said he would be here in an hour. I don’t think it was 45 minutes and he was at the door. He was extremely professional. Communicated what he found and how to fix it. He had the heat running in less than an hour. I will certainly call Arts Electric for future work and will certainly request Colin as the technician
Hired Art's Electric and Heating to install a workshop sub-panel and some exterior electrical outlets. They performed their work well and finished their work early. Excellent customer service, and they were the lowest bid as compared to some local competitors.
I called Art's Electric early Sunday morning for our A/C not properly working and couldn't go without A/C as we were having a birthday party for our daughter. This was our first or second time using Art's. Within two hours, Steve came to our house and had us back up and running. Steve was absolutely amazing to work with and incredibly kind.
